"I used AI for chat and some trading indicators, but I did not understand the frameworks behind proper institutional AI workflows or better prompt engineering. After the course, I can build workflow processes using Claude Projects and Make Automation. "I started with very little AI use because adoption was still early at my last company, and LLMs were still in their early days in 2024. Since the course, I can use AI to review client cases, triage issues, and work through solution design with much less time and effort. I have not yet applied it in a live role, but my next step is to build agentic AI workflows that cover multiple steps more efficiently, so I can focus more on client handling tasks. Ivan provided frameworks, live artefacts, and good examples across different AI platforms, which made it easier to learn and practise. TRIBE Academy was also very responsive and supportive throughout the Zoom and in-person sessions."

"Before this course, I was using ChatGPT for simple queries and wanted to learn more about automation, but I only knew how to use it at a basic level. The course was eye opening. I learnt about the various tools available and gained more confidence in the output generated. I also realised AI is not only good in text generation, but can support analysis as well. I applied this by building a learning app for my daughter’s studies, automating workflows to read emails, match requests against a database, update a Google Sheet and draft emails, and creating a finance policy assistant and quarterly earnings analysis report generator using Claude Project. Ivan is very knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. He adapted to learners’ needs and shared real life work examples. TRIBE Academy was helpful and prompt in their support. Materials were comprehensive and useful though asynchronous playback at 1.25 speed would be useful."
